Video Submission Guidelines

• Video duration should not exceed 8 minutes
• All Video awards will be given to the Presenting Author only.
• If Presenting Author is not a member or not enrolled as a Life Member of the TNOA on (or) before May 31st 2024, that video will not be considered for the award.
• No change in presenting author will be allowed after the video has been submitted
• Institution / hospital affiliation and doctor’s name in the title or abstract should NOT be mentioned. Any form of non-compliance will lead to automatic rejection
• A declaration that this video has not been presented earlier in any form (as a paper/ poster/ video) anywhere should be enclosed.
• Appropriate platforms will be arranged, where all the selected videos will be played for the benefit of the delegates throughout the duration of the conference. Details regarding the same will be intimated at the conference venue.
• Videos selected for the award session will be screened during the TNOA Capt. Subramaniam Best Video Award session.
• Videos will be judged according to Content, Display, Scientific value, Creativity and Originality.
• The change of presenting author name to be requested only once and last date be July 15th 2024.
• The presenting author must register for the conference before May 15th 2024 for final approval for presentation in the conference.

The Judges shall be

1. The President of TNOA (or) his / her Nominee.

2. The Immediate Past President of TNOA (or) his / her Nominee.

3. One representative from the donor / endowment committee.

Abstract Title

The title of video SHOULD NOT exceed 100 characters (including spaces).

Synopsis

The Synopsis SHOULD NOT exceed 1000 characters (including spaces).

GUIDELINES FOR VIDEO SUBMISSION

• Maximum of TWO video entries can be submitted per person
• Videos are not required to be sent along with abstract submission. Instead, the complete & final video should be sent separately after the abstract submission.
• The videos can be sent to scchair2024@gmail.com with copy marked to support@tnoa.info, either using www.dropbox.com or www.wetransfer.com
• The videos should be submitted on or before 15th March 2024 (until midnight)
• Do NOT send the original video – No videos will be returned. Hence, send only a duplicate copy and keep the original video for your record.
• Presenting Author should confirm acknowledgement and receipt of the video submission from the scientific committee.
