The abstract can be a video of a surgical procedure or a power point presentation of an interesting case discussion similar to that of video assisted skill transfer (VAST).

- Presentation duration should not exceed 4 minutes.
- If Presenting Author is not a member or not enrolled as a Life Member of the TNOA on (or) before May 31st2024, the opportunity to present in the conference will be given to the next eligible member by the selection committee of each subspeciality.
- No change in presenting author will be entertained after the selection of the abstract after July 15th
- Institution / hospital affiliation and doctor’s name in the title or abstract should NOT be mentioned. Any form of non-compliance will lead to automatic rejection.
- Appropriate platforms will be arranged, where all the selected abstract will be presented during the conference and a selected panel to discuss the presentation for 2 minutes.
- Presentations selected for each sub-specialty sessions will be presented during the conference as a part of a separate session or in between the symposiums which will be intimated to the participant from the scientific committee.
- The presentation will be judged according to Content, Display, Scientific value, Creativity and Originality by a selected panel from each sub-specialty for selection criteria.
- Only ONEabstract can be submitted in each subspeciality and a Maximum of only TWO abstracts overall by a delegate.
- The presentation should be submitted with the complete abstract on or before 15stMarch 2024.
